Izco Council is an independent consulting organisation specialising in public transport organisation. Founded in 2013 by Isabelle Coppée, it aims at making local authorities benefit from 20 years of business experience.

Its goal is no less than providing the best transportation service at the lowest cost to the community: Izco Council is specialised in identifying how to optimise the levers of cost and efficiency of a public transport network.

Izco Council is also involved in supporting developing countries in their public transport network issues: general organisation of public transport networks, institutional organisation, tariff system, accessibility, to mention just a few.
